The Immortal Strength Globe is constructed with an 8" loadable globe with 2 Grip ears, that are 4" domed grip surfaces. This metal creation was conceived many years ago when I saw someone use a kettlebell hooked to a pull up bar. I took it to another level and the Immortal Strength Globe was forged. You can hook to pulley machines, sleds, pull up bars, you can put your hands over the top for a clinch grip, crushing type hand arm work, you can grip the ears and build crazy finger strength. You can load it with steel shop up to 49 lbs. You can hook a rope to it and swing it around for core work. It is designed that you can come up with a myriad of muscle building exercises.
