Hey Strength seekers

In life we are many things, there are so many choices and decisions that make us who we are.  One of my most rewarding choices was choosing to be a dad.  A dad to my amazing kids, Cory, Rachel, Hanna, Logan and Lexi. I kid around and tell each one they are my favorite, as any parent knows this changes from day to day:) Depending on how they are acting and reacting to life's challenges.  My son Logan turned 15 yesterday.  He is such a pleasure to be around. No his sister's won't say that, but he has taken a interest in my passion for physical culture and I know when I was 15 I wanted to look like he does now!  He's 6 foot tall, size 12 shoe and 154 lbs of twisted metal. I have been sharing clubs, maces with him since a wee lad and now we train weights and all the other forms of physical culture together.  If you won't tell anyone, he's pretty decent on the armwrestling table and has beaten me right handed more times that I will admit.
