Let's be frank, there are a lot of knockoff versions of this product. As somebody who has used many of them, I'll be totally clear. The quality of the grip balls made by StrongerGrip is far superior to that of any other company. Due to the superior design of this set, they'll fit on most pull up bars, which saves you carrying carabiners all over the place. Top that off with that fact these are nearly perfectly round (unlike many of the knockoff versions) and you've got a piece of equipment you can carry to any location. Buy them here and nowhere else. You buy a set from Stronger Grip and I guarantee you, you'll never need to buy another set because these things will be usable by your great grandkids. They are seriously built that well!

Everything I was looking for and more! Would rate five stars, but I feel they really need a rubberized coating for the handle. The handle quickly grinds into pretty much anything you hook it on, including steel chains.

I was skeptical that I could find a use for fitness exercise equipment like this when I first saw it. I'm a man who uses a lot of free weights and machines, and I thought something so simple would be next to useless. But I was wrong: you can use these little balls to improve your grip when you're doing pretty much any other workout. If you need that extra layer to your strength training, the GripBall is the way to do it.

Just received these and fired off some pullups. They're well made and feel strong and comfortable. I'm sure they will last a long time and greatly enhance my pullup routines.

Well, what is there to say? Does it accomplish: pull your body up, get stronger, challenge grip? Yes, yes and yes.

I ve only had these a couple days. Great for pull ups and bar hangs.
I did para cord wrap the hooks to protect what I attach them to.
I just thought about using them for "farmers walk" with kettle bells.
Got to go!
Thanks for this well made product!

The StrongerGrip Grip Balls were one of the first products available. They continue to be popular and with good reason. These gems are so versatile and functional. The uses are only limited by your imagination. Here are a few ways to use them.
*Hook them to any gym pully machines. Pull downs, low pulley rows, cable crossover machine where you can do an amazing amount of work with them, different angles, exercises and not only will your grip get worked, your core will kick in as well when trying the different exercises while holding on to them!
*Hook them up to a pull up bar and see what a challenge these provide!
*Hook them up to pulling sled. So much to do with the sled. Curl and pull, press and push, pull and row. My favorite, hook them to the sled with a exercise band. This adds a real deal twist and gives your grip a relax/tension workout like in any sport where your grip is essential.
*Hook them up to loading pins and do simple deadlifts or farmers walks.
You get the idea. Simple, yet incredibly effective. Add them to your training now!
These were available just single balls starting at $19.99. Very few bought just one, so they are offered in sets now. Mens Health has the GripBalls featured in their June 2012 edition with a price of $20. That was for a single 3". A set of 3" for $39.99 is a great deal. Sorry for any confusion.
