This is a great example of a piece of weight lifting equipment that can be used in a ton of different ways, and there are no single-taskers allowed in my gym. When I do the Bottoms Up Press, I always go right for this tool. It's really easy to load it up with the weight you want, and the grip gives you plenty of control over the weight, allowing you to do precision lifts.
Bottoms Up Press or BUP is a great grip/wrist strength exercise where you take a kettlebell and clean it with the heavy ball bottom of the kettlebell pointing towards the sky, once in that position press it on up and you have performed the Bottoms Up Press. I love this exercise. This plug in from the Modular Grip System is an amazing tool for filling in those solid kettlebell gaps in weight. Olympic plate loaded(standard available upon request) giving you the freedom to train at any weight you need. AND being a part of the MGS, how about ThickBurger bottoms up presses! Or plug any of the MGS gear in and train however you want. Options, plenty of options.
