    Great product!

Posted by Ian on 6th Feb 2017

I was excited to begin training with the plateau buster and on the first day I used it I loaded it over 400lbs. Needless to say my core was rocked and already have the notion that this year my deadlift is gonna sky rocket. Thank you for high quality and promising product!

    blown away

I bought this on a whim primarily due to the positive reviews. I really had no expectations other than I knew it would be of quality construction. There I was correct. It has been said that swings rock and heavy swings rock more, well this is the tool to deliver the rock. Loaded with a few plates I can't block the image of swinging a VW motor between my legs. It is outrageously fun and just a few reps have you looking for all available oxygen. If you have even considered owning a plateau buster, make this your next StrongerGrip purchase. It might well be your favorite.

    It's quality ... it's really well built.
For me it's a better way to build grip and core strength.
I have been buying equipment from Ryan long before he started Stronger Grip and everything from Ryan has been
    EXCELLENT !

    Awesome

You haven't really strength trained until you've swung 300 lbs for reps on this thing. A great product for core strength, grip strength, and overall strength. One-handed and two-handed deadlifts are particularly gratifying. Not sure what the stated capacity is, but I pulled 520# on it with no problems, so it looks to me like it might take 600# safely for dead lifts.

    Very highly recommended.

    A

I ordered my first kettlebell (40 lbs) and I tried swinging it and it felt good. Then some thought came to me, "what happens after two weeks?" I mean, after I get used to it and that it will no longer be that fun and challenging.
Then I remembered this product. So I ordered it and now I have one. Tried it yesterday and man does it feel great not having to worry about "plateaus"

Already have a SG half tire, SG Thor's hammer, and SG Plateau buster. Gonna get myself a monster sledge next!

    GREAT JOB RYAN!

What are you waiting for? Order one already..

Put More Weight On The Plateau Buster!

Posted by Ben Edwards on 15th Nov 2011

I love the Plateau Buster! My first experience with it was on Saturday - at the Fall Grip Decathlon. I was tentative with my weight choices because I didn't know how my body was going to respond. And I didn't know how solid the Plateau Buster was going to feel loaded up. It was soon obvious that I didn't have to worry about the Plateau Buster at all. My body would be the weak link. Not the Plateau Buster. I ended up pulling 451 pounds on a 4th attempt and the Plateau Buster felt like it wasn't even flexing under the weight. It wanted me to add more. So next time we meet - I will add more.

    Truly a "Thing of Beauty"

Posted by Monte Young on 29th Sep 2011

That was my first impression when I pulled it out of the box. It looks good and it is solid, when the other reviews say the quality is unbeatable they aren't kidding! Had my eye on this since first seeing Adam T Glass demo about a year ago...why did I ever wait so long? Swings and dead lifts feel great, and (in a twisted way) fun. Excellent product, Thanks Ryan!
