  1. Maces are Great for Grip Strength Training

    This mace is an excellent, well-made piece of equipment for anyone who wants to increase their grip performance. You can really get a good handle on the solid girth of the thing when you load it up. Since you can load or remove weight as necessary, you can adjust your training routine. Great buy!

    The mace is great-really nice work.

    This is my second mace purchased from Ryan. I started with the short handled mace, got the hang of the motion, and I wanted to try the standard length mace. This is a finely crafted, perfectly balanced work of art. Incredible workout! A fantastic addition to my collection. It could be a gallery piece!

Product Description

With this Loadable Mace you have a great core,grip and overall conditioning tool.  It has a 6" loadable globe, overall length of 48" and a handle diameter of 1.66".  All steel constructed and weighs 11 lbs empty.  Loaded with steel media it goes up to approx. 26 lbs and with lead shot even heavier.  I've been told it's gotten to over 40 lbs with lead shot!

Grab one and get swinging!  Excellent for shoulder strength and flexibility.  Watch your hand and grip strength improve as your swinging.   The basic swing is what I call a dynamic pullover and the rewards are many!
