This loadable mace is 38" inches long. It has a 6 inch loadable globe and a 2" pommel. The handle has a 1.5" diameter. All steel construction. It weighs 10bs empty and can be loaded with up to 26 lbs of steel shot(not included) or lead shot for heavier mace. Also can be used for beating on the SG SMASH target.

I am an over the road truck driver. Being on the road it is hard to get to the gym on a regular basis. A friend of mine said I should get a Mace (Something I had never heard of).

I bought this solely for the purpose of improving shoulder health and mobility. 360s for ten left and ten right are a great warmup for clean and press or kettle bell snatch workouts. I will be exploring other options in the future but for now this mace does exactly what I had hoped. The short mace handle is perfect for my basement gym with eight foot ceilings.
The short mace's length is perfect for swinging indoors, or for levering. I prefer to do swings with one hand all the way down to the ball of the handle, because it just has a better feel to it than choking up on the longer mace. I bought both the standard 6" and the short 6" within a year's time and have been very pleased with both. The longer one gets used outdoors, and the shorter one indoors during bad weather and for levering. Both are easy to load, and I've begun adding weight with sand. The flat plate allows them to stand in a corner, out of the way, between uses. Quality made, and I couldn't be more pleased.
It's the best professional strength equipment for macebell training on the market that also looks like art. It's indestructible and strong. The best!
