Pretty neat

This product is wonderful for exercises that emphasize pulling obviously due to the sphere. This makes bent rows, modified high pulls, one arm jefferson lifts, etc very difficult even with light weight (I find flowing through a complex to be the best : ) ). I have just come to realize how valuable and olympic bar tucked into a corner can be, and with this attachment, the options are endless.

This is going to be an almost permanent fixture on a barbell; my gut wrench is now permanent.

It is simple: you can do everything you can do with the gut wrench, but you can work on your grip at the same time. It really changes the feel and makes it more challenging. The same weight feels heavier, which means you have more room to improve.

It makes some exercises a much greater challenge: the one-armed presses with a toss to the other hand are far more challenging.

You can leave it on and there is still plenty of room to grip the bar itself for two hand twists, etc.

This is a really cool attachment.
