Received my Gut Wrench and Trailer Hitch from Ryan the other day and took it out for a ride this afternoon. Wow. If you can work up to a half hour of continuous movements on this thing you'll have a trunk like...well, a thing with a really really really strong trunk. Do it with the Trailer Hitch attachment and, because of the myriad odd angles, you're going to develop grip, forearm, and shoulder strength that is not easily developed using traditional devices. Well worth the price.

Use it outside, or use a cradle in the house to do Russian twists anywhere, or whatever type of exercise. You can press, curl, squat, etc. in a very fluid range of functional resistance.
I am using this to burn out with complexes and shed some weight. It is difficult to describe how the gut wrench makes these motions both functional and EASY outside on the grass. Watch the video.
Like everything else I have gotten from Stronger Grip, the quality and design are impressive.

I feel lucky to have a gut wrench in my bag of tricks. Using this tool as my #1 trunk strengthener I have more power coming from my hips and core that has helped my powerlifts.
