StrongerGripTM Light Weight Loadable Indian Club sets. The 2 lb & 3 lb light weight club sets are sleek, durable and fun to use. In one set you get a light starting weight of 2 or 3 lbs. Use them empty and enjoy the benefits of club swinging. After you use them for a while, want them heavier? Just add some steel media and these will load up to approx. 6 -8 lbs. You'll have a range of 2-6 or 3-8 lbs depending on what set you choose. Handcrafted in the USA out of high quality steel. The handles are 4130 alloy.(Super tough) The globes are 3.5" or 4", handle diameter of 7/8" or 1.25" with overall length of 15.5" or 18" long.

Fantastic product and service

The quality of the clubs is fantastic and the customer service I received was top notch. I like to swing the 2 lbs clubs for a couple minutes daily for shoulder health and mobility. I bought these clubs over several other brands because they are adjustable and the price was just right. I don't care if they aren't wooden or "organic". These will last forever. When I opened the UPS package it felt like I was holding a piece of art. Indian clubs are not a silly fitness gimmick...when Louie Simmons endorses their use they have to be good for something! Thank you so much Ryan for all your hard work and the fantastic service I received.

I have never done club swinging before so I opted for the 3 lb light set instead of the bigger ones. They are great fun. I think it is good to have the light ones at first because all the movements are new to me. The quality of the clubs is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend these clubs for anyone new to club swinging.
