StrongerGripTM  Red Rafter Leverage Wrist Block

A very popular wrist/pinch grip builder.  1½” Thick.  This compact and convenient tool lets you build crazy wrist and pinch strength by starting out light and using the power of leverage to adjust the same weight farther out on the loading horn to make a 10 lb weight feel very heavy!  Yes, 10 lbs starting out will humble you.  Great for training plate curls.  Trains the tendons and ligaments for that wiry unseen strength.  Accepts standard weight plates with 1” hole.

Comes with a set of FREE Pitt-Bull collars.

Also available is an olympic adapter.

    Terrific and innovative apparatus to strengthen wrist, pinch & thumb at the same time. Beautifully built and red textured paint is an added bonus. No doubt this will take me to plate curling a 35 and beyond.

    Like all Stronger Grip products I have bought the Red Rafter is a work of functional art. It's a compact tool that works the fingers,hands and wrists beautifully and it takes very little weight to be effective. For most mortals You won't be putting on lots of plates--think 3-10 pounds! In a world of mass production Ryan is an old school craftsman.

    Currently only using this for 2 hand swings but works excellently. I see myself getting a lifetime of use out of this and definitely the other products that I am currently waiting on. Ryan is awesome to deal with as well.

    Bought for the variety in grip specific training. Started by loading a 10lb plate initially proved challenging but have been able to progress quickly adding more weight after some dedicated time with this. I actually pack this on work travel trips and it's great to use at the end of a long day when I can't dedicate much time. At home, it's a regular in the grip and forearm routine.

    I like to start with the leverage block when I'm just getting started on my Strongman training for the season. I love that you can adjust the difficulty without adjusting the weight, just by extending the arm. It's a ridiculous workout, especially when the bar is extended all the way, and it's one you can ramp up as you get stronger.

    Both my father and I are able to get good workouts. He uses lighter weights while I use heavierweights and we both love it.

    After only two brief workouts with the red rafter block consisting of lightweight curls I have achieved 3 PRs. My longest timed hold on the Ironmind pinch hub, the first clicking close of the COC #2 and the easiest and quickest double underhand bends of three consecutive IM yellow nails. Maybe these PRs were coming anyway but I think it was the extra stimulus of the red rafter. Really intense loading to the grip, wrist and forearm. I love this tool.
