Product Description
This loadable mace is 36 inches long. It has a 6 inch loadable globe and a 2 inch ball on the handle. The handle has a 1.66 inch diameter. All steel construction. A great size and length for doing some exercises that cannot be done with the longer one.

Well made and finished to a smooth comfortable surface. Loading was simple and the lead shot will give me all the challenge I can handle in progression. As a personal trainer focused on unconventional training methods and equipment the mace is a must have. Thanks Ryan, buy the way your grip strength is impressive.

Loadable Short Mace ROCKS!!!

I bought a short mace and one of the first things I noticed when I opend it up and put it in my hands was the quality of this piece. It was very nice and looked like an art piece.
My favorite piece of equipment to keep my shoulders strong and healthy. You can also micro-load the mace which means less chance of over doing it. Great way to progress!
I also use the short mace for forearm and wrist work. Great tool at a great price. Five Stars all the way!!!
