*Hook them to any gym pully machines. Pull downs, low pulley rows, cable crossover machine where you can do an amazing amount of work with them, different angles, exercises and not only will your grip get worked, your core will kick in as well when trying the different exercises while holding on to them!
*Hook them up to a pull up bar and see what a challenge these provide!
*Hook them up to pulling sled. So much to do with the sled. Curl and pull, press and push, pull and row. My favorite, hook them to the sled with a exercise band. This adds a real deal twist and gives your grip a relax/tension workout like in any sport where your grip is essential.
*Hook them up to loading pins and do simple deadlifts or farmers walks.
You get the idea. Simple, yet incredibly effective. Add them to your training now!

Got these yesterday and have been using them nonstop. Can usually muster 12-15 pullups at a time; using these I can squeeze out 3-5. They make them THAT much more difficult. Have also had my clients do various cable pulling movements with them. Great new challenge. The hook is a terrific design, a plus over similar products from EliteFTS and Rogue.

Don't get these thinking you are going to do a bunch of pullups like I did. I've had the 3" kind for about 4 months. I couldn't do one pullup at first, and I'm 5'8" and only 150 pounds. On a regular chinup bar I coud do about 12 chinups. So if you're a big guy, beware. At first I would just hang and do time trials, and work at pulling myself up a little bit more at each workout. I can do a few pullups now, depending on what I've done previously workout-wise. Tough workout tool. Cheap too.

Get yourself a couple of these new grip balls with the hooks. Great for pull ups and the set up couldn't be easier.
Simple and effective! Great idea Ryan!
