The StrongerGripTM Plate Loadable Club Set is a great alternative to fixed or media loadable clubs.  The PLC lets you use standard plates to make the weight of your choice.  Same design as the Plate Loadable Mace.  Easy to load and unload.  Locking design to keep plates from loosening as you swing.  Threaded split collar retains plates for a safe club swinging experience.  Handle diameter of 1-1/4" and overall length before loading with plates is 18".  Base weight is 7 lbs each.

A great set to do double club swinging.  Light or heavy, this a fantastic set to have.

    Great Investment

Posted by Kevin Stokes on 1st May 2018

I'm a Vintage Strength competitor(mace), and for awhile, I've been wanting to expand my current training to include steel club work. Having only worked with light clubs and a friend's 45lb club, I had no idea where to begin investing in gear. Then I found these, which solved that dilemma for me. Already, after swinging them just a few weeks, I can tell I'll progress quickly because I can always use the appropriate weight to suit my needs. The craftsmanship is of course top notch, as it is with anything else available here. Also, as a traveling performer, I love that I can just load my plates onto two handles, load them in the van, and I've got a whole gym on the road with me.

    Best Mace by any standard

Weight is perfect unloaded for basic form and coordination strength work using both at once or singly. Quality is such that I suspect Ryan may be running a charity with the price point on these TWO surperb quality impliments . Modular easy weight change and solid design make these the best mace available period.

Not only are the products awesome, the customer service is great too! I emailed Ryan about a slight issue at 9 PM on a Friday. To my surprise, he got back to me immediately & resolved the issue! Will definitely keep buying SG products.

They are bigger than advertised, but I dont mind. I've had people with shoulder problems use them and after their first use they noticed a big difference and so have I. Using these will make your grip stronger.

    cool clubs

Posted by Tim Sutton on 16th Jan 2013

so far I am loving these plate loadable clubs. I had never used clubs, so there is a learning curve, but I am enjoying them. I was curious to see if the threaded rod could be removed to make them lighter, evidently not. The weight is advertised as 5 lbs, but mine are more like 7.4 lbs each. Which was fine, I want to add weight anyway. The overall length is supposed to be 18.5, mine are 20 inches. That is with the rod screwed all the way in. Again, not a problem, just not exactly what is advertised. Perhaps these are the latest modification??
